Tranz4m’s Platinum Total Body Makeover
Program for individuals is a 12-week program.
The Tranz4m Personal Fitness Program is made
for busy, successful people. These are life’s
winners, people whom work hard and play hard,
and want to make sure they are healthy and energetic
enough to keep doing that.
The Platinum Fitness Program is based
on the Total Body Training Philosophy. It includes the
following elements:
- The Tranz4M™ Personal Fitness
e-Manual on CD-ROM
- A goal-setting questionnaire that each participant
will be required to fill out and e-mail back to us
prior to
the initial session.
- Goal setting – review
the Tranz4m goal setting methodology, ensure that
everyone
has set goals
- Four 35-minute workout
sessions per week (During the first week, until people
become familiarized
with
the workout, we will budget 50-minute workout sessions).
Each workout will be followed by a short, 5-minute
mediation, for a total of 40 minutes per session. The
first session
will involve doing a fitness assessment as well as
the workout, and as such will be 1 hour long.
- One 15-minute coaching call per week

Fitness Program Manual
The Tranz4m Fitness Program Manual has been designed
by Olympic Track & Field
Champions Mark McKoy and Donovan Bailey. It is based on their years of experience
competing at the highest levels of sport and athletics, incorporating the
methods of top trainers, sports doctors, nutritionists
and exercise physiologists.
Whether you are an elite athlete, novice or beginner, this program was designed
to create immediate, dramatic improvements for your health and fitness. Developed
using world-class techniques, this program provides the fitness and nutritional
advice that professional and Gold Medal Olympic athletes use to achieve peak
