Banana Ice Cream

Ingredients

Here is a great alternative to dairy ice cream that is easy on those who are lactose intolerant, and those who wish to avoid a bulging waistline!

Banana Ice Cream:

Ingredients:

½-1 Banana – FROZEN
Rice, Almond, or Oat Milk

Directions:

To freeze bananas; simply put the entire in the freezer for at least 3 hours to allow it time to come to a hard freeze.

Remove the banana from the freezer for a few minutes and allow it to thaw to the point where you can peel the skin from it.

Place the peeled banana (the quantity depends on how much YOU want to eat) in a blender. Add a dash of milk and blend away. You can add as much or as little milk as you desire to obtain the consistency you want.
